Investment Objective

We aim to build a diverse portfolio that will include investments primarily in multi-family apartments,
student housing properties, and senior living communities. The Company intends to invest in multi-tenant housing
properties that have demonstrated consistently high occupancy and income levels with appropriate
risk-adjusted returns and potential for appreciation.
